Shipping policy

How does it work?
You will be charged for the first time you subscribe and every
subsequent month on the same day.
You can subscribe up until the 15th* of every month to receive the current month’s issue.
Join and cancel at any time.

Shipping is included in the price of the monthly letter.
Envelopes do not include tracked shipping.

We understand mail loss can happen, if you do not receive your letter up to 4 weeks after the send out date, please reach out to our team at isaf@forsakenraven.com

 

*All letters for the month of June are shipped by the 15th, but we do allow new members to join and still receive the month's mail if ordered after the 15th.

Example situation: If you join on the 28th of June, you will be charged that same day and receive the letter for June as soon as possible, unless you choose to receive the next month's mail and write it in the comments of the order.
